All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes about 3 days for delivery. I'll send you the tracking number and estimated arrival date once the package has been shipped.
All pieces are made-to-order and/or one of a kind and as such, are not refundable.
But, you do have the option of returning the jewelry for shop credit (this excludes custom items). If the piece is just not doing it for you, please contact me via email within 15 days of the date you received it and let's talk about it. (You can use this handy form).
I'll send you a shipping label so you can return the piece fee-free. But please package the jewelry securely, as you will be liable for the price of the piece should it be damaged or go missing on its way back to me. You bought handmade jewelry for a reason - because a lot of care and love goes into it! So please take that to heart as you repackage the piece (best advice - recreate how it was shipped to you). Once the package arrives to me and is in good condition, I'll contact you within 5 business days to confirm store credit. Please note the credit will be for the purchase price but not your original shipping fee.
If the item returns to me in an unacceptable condition, your credit will be discounted or not given at all depending on the severity. I'll contact you via email within 5 business days of receiving it and we'll chat about it.
Custom items are final sale and not eligible for a shop credit.
Accidents do happen so if the piece arrives to you broken, please contact me right away. (You can use this handy form for email or call me at 415-697-2728). We will work together to get a new piece out to you and the damaged one back to me.
Shipping and returns and damaged items can be frustrating. I feel you. Please know that I am a responsible business owner and am doing my absolute best to make your experience with Right Collection delightful. But sometimes, shit happens. So please let's make a pact with each other that we will remember there is a human being on the other side of the screen and kindness and compassion is always a good way to go. I so appreciate that you chose a piece from me, among all the other jewelry in the world, so I want to return the love. We will figure it out together. (insert handshake here).
